Rooted in the values of courage, unity, and service that define the Indian Armed Forces, our mission is to ensure that no child’s educational journey is hindered by financial hardship or lack of guidance. We honour the sacrifices of our soldiers by uplifting the next generation, helping them become confident, capable, and career-ready citizens of India.
About the Maroon Ribbon Kind Circle
The Maroon Ribbon Kind Circle is a service-driven initiative founded by an Indian Army officer with a deep commitment to giving back to society. The initiative supports deserving students who face financial challenges, limited family support or barriers to accessing higher education.
The program extends assistance to two key groups of learners:
The name “Maroon Ribbon” symbolises the courage, discipline, and sacrifices of the Indian Defence Forces. This initiative stands as a tribute to every soldier who has worn the maroon beret with pride, safeguarding the nation and inspiring generations.
Why We Exist
Inspired by the timeless values of the Indian Armed Forces-courage, unity, compassion, and service before self—this initiative believes that every child deserves the chance to dream, learn, and achieve. Financial limitations should never determine a child’s destiny.
By bridging gaps in education, mentorship, and opportunity, the Maroon Ribbon Kind Circle hopes to create a ripple of positive change by uplifting families, communities, and the nation.
Vision
To build a community of confident, resilient, and service-minded young individuals who will lead India with integrity- whether in defence, government, or the corporate world and truly contribute in the Viksit Bharat 2047.
