All donations made to Kind Circle or Buddy4Study India Foundation are final and non-refundable and will be utilized solely for providing scholarships to meritorious and deserving student's. Once a donation is made, it cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage our users/donors to carefully consider the amount of their donation before making a contribution to Kind Circle. Kind Circle reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By making a donation through Kind Circle, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that the donation is voluntary, and that no goods or services were provided in exchange for your donation.
